Retail Customer Experience Supervisor Part Time

Oversees a front-of-store team to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs; trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles; assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures adherence to the store plan while maintaining a safe, organized environment; communicates priorities to management and staff and supports training needs to increase effectiveness.
