Retail Customer Experience Supervisor oversees front-of-store operations to deliver an excellent customer experience, trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles, assigns registers and manages POS coverage, promotes loyalty programs, and ensures store tasks align with the store plan while maintaining a positive, safe environment. Responsibilities include coaching team members, addressing customer concerns promptly, communicating priorities to management, supporting labor and safety policies, and contributing to shrink reduction goals. Preferred skills include merchandising knowledge, multi-tasking, adaptability to changes, and strong teamwork. Location is Meadville, PA; role requires availability for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
