Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by leading front-of-store operations, training Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs, coordinating POS coverage, and ensuring adherence to store plans. Responsibilities include coaching teammates, addressing customer concerns promptly, maintaining a clean and organized store, and partnering with management on training needs to increase effectiveness while promoting safety, labor policy compliance, and shrink-reduction goals.
