Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing front-of-store associates, training and mentoring staff on front-end practices, coordinating POS coverage, and promoting loyalty programs. Leads by example in delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and communicating priorities to management and associates. Supports training needs, ensures adherence to labor laws and procedures, and collaborates with management to drive store performance and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes coaching, merchandising understanding, multi-tasking, and a strong team-oriented approach to achieving store goals, with a starting hourly rate in the low-to-mid teens and a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
