Job Summary
Retail Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience; oversees a team of Associates at front of store; trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs; assigns registers and coordinates POS coverage; ensures adherence to labor laws and safety; supports shrink reduction goals; communicates priorities to management and Associates; available for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; requires strong merchandising, communication, and organizational skills; Benefits include discount, 401(k), healthcare options, and more. Required Qualifications
