Job Summary
Retail Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing front-of-store Associates, training and mentoring staff on front-end principles, coordinating POS coverage and breaks, addressing customer concerns, and contributing to store safety and loyalty programs. Requires ability to lead by example, multi-task, adapt to changes, and collaborate with management to improve customer service and store operations. Emphasis on training, coaching, efficiency, loyalty promotions, and adherence to labor laws and company policies. Positioned for growth within TJX Companies' retail portfolio (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- team player with the ability to train others
