Job Summary
Greet customers, make eye contact, and create personal conversations to build relationships and drive cross-category sales. Prioritize customer satisfaction by engaging shoppers across in-store and online touchpoints, offering tailored product recommendations, and sharing loyalty program benefits. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, and ensuring merchandise is ready for customers. Support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, and opening/closing procedures while meeting daily sales goals. Work across departments daily, often transitioning between areas, and collaborate with peers to resolve challenges. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours per week with weekend shifts; part-time roles are 12-24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
