Job Summary
Retail Customer Experience Associate responsibilities include creating exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for customers both in-store and online, driving cross-category sales, making tailored product recommendations, and leveraging loyalty tools to build client relationships. The role involves collaborating with store leaders and brand partners, assisting with floor readiness, merchandise setup, event execution, and opening/closing procedures, while maintaining strong communication with customers and teammates to meet sales goals and deliver high-caliber service. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
