Job Summary
Coordinate frontline customer experience at HomeGoods store; train and mentor Associates on frontline cashier duties, maintain cash controls and proper handling of transactions, monitor frontline equipment, ensure adherence to policies and merchandising standards, and contribute to a safe, organized environment while promoting a highly satisfied customer experience; requires high school diploma or equivalent, flexibility for evenings/weekends, ability to train others, lead a register, and handle money.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations
- Able to train and provide direction to others
- Able to run a register/handle money
- Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred
