Job Summary
Friendly, confident ‘people person’ to join E-Cigarette Direct retail team in Hereford; perform a variety of tasks, handle customer queries and cash/Card transactions, learn vaping products, and contribute to a collaborative store environment. Part-time role (4 days/week) 18 hours, temporary for 6 months with potential for permanent for the right candidate. Store-based customer service with emphasis on troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Have a Customer first attitude and approach to working
- Experience with troubleshooting and dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Competent at using a till and handling card and cash transactions
- Reliable and Punctual
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date knowledge on vaping products
