Job Summary
Framing orders and delivering custom framing solutions while delivering friendly customer service in a public retail setting. Build relationships with customers, guide them to suitable framing options, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment. Responsibilities include completing framing orders with high quality and timeliness, operating framing equipment and glass cutter, utilizing cash register/Cash handling, supporting SOPs, shrink and safety programs, and participating in truck unloading and stocking. Preferred experience includes retail experience and product/service sales. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, physical ability to bend, lift, stand for long periods, and move stock around the store, with eligibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.
