Retail Crew Member

Greet and assist customers with gardening questions and product needs; provide knowledgeable guidance to ensure a positive experience. Water, fertilize, prune, and merchandise a variety of live plants to ensure health and visual appeal. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and outdoor live goods area; dust shelves, arrange products, and set displays. Assist with loading and unloading materials, including large and heavy items (soil, mulch, pots, etc.). Perform small planting tasks or deliveries to client properties as assigned. Operate a cash register, process transactions accurately, handle money/checks/cards, and provide correct change. Safely use manual tools and, when trained, operate motorized equipment such as forklifts or small loaders. Clean and maintain the sales floor, restrooms, trash areas, and outdoor spaces. In addition, adherence to safety practices and PPE usage is expected. Notably, a $500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.
