Job Summary
Retail Credit Controller responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable and credit control to improve cashflow through collections, dispute management, and risk mitigation. Performs collections management, customer reconciliations, and accurate cash application, with reporting on AR portfolio, credit and collection activity, and risk developments. Requires NQF Level 6 Diploma in Credit Management and 3 years of credit-management experience; willing to work outside normal business hours. Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Location is Cape Town, South Africa, in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Credit Management)
- 3 years’ experience in Credit management (within Commercial or Manufacturing Credit environment)
