Job Summary
Represent customer and clients in retail locations by executing product placement through plan-o-grams, performing void corrections, stock rotation, building displays, and completing surveys and audits. Requires ability to lift up to 60 pounds, work in cold environments, and use technology like smartphones and computers effectively. Strong communication skills are needed to follow documented instructions and maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability to drive a car for an extended period of time
- Any DUI/DWI conviction in the past 36 months will be an immediate disqualifier
- Must be willing and able to work in extremely cold conditions
- Must be flexible and willing to participate in ongoing trainings
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must follow Company policy on timely submission of expense reimbursement and verification of work hours
- Maintain confidentiality of client and Company information
Desired Qualifications
- Retail or Sales Experience Helpful
- Experience utilizing technology (i.e. Smart Phones and handheld devices)
- Ability to access the internet, operate a computer, and be familiar with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and written with others.
