Lead Prestige Selling at Macy’s to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and coach Beauty Advisors in a high-performing prestige cosmetics environment. Responsible for delivering personalized service, executing in-store events and brand strategies, maintaining polished counters and branded displays, building lasting client relationships, driving loyalty benefits, staying current on beauty launches and trends, and collaborating with vendors and store leadership to achieve sales goals and market share growth. Must guide the team through exceptional service, maintain brand standards, and support merchandising updates while empowering peers to deliver outstanding results. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; 3–5 years of retail/beauty or leadership experience preferred.
