Job Summary
Lead the Prestige Beauty team by greeting customers, coaching advisors on performance goals, and executing brand strategies to drive market share. Maintain a shoppable space by ensuring testers are stocked, displays meet brand standards, and pricing is current. Analyze daily sales results to implement growth strategies, plan in-store events, and acquire new customers through loyalty programs. Resolve concerns professionally while modeling collaboration to support the entire team. Work full-time hours (30+ weekly) with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Lifting at least 25lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
