Job Summary
Counter Manager leading a dynamic Beauty Advisors team at Macy’s Trend Beauty in Summerlin. Responsible for guiding a cosmetics brand through leadership, client development, and exceptional customer experiences, including personalized consultations, expert product application, and maintaining brand standards. Drive sales through goal setting, performance analysis, vendor events and promotions, stock presentation, and merchandising Excellence. Coach and develop the team to deliver polished service, nurture a loyal client base via outreach and follow-up, and collaborate with vendors and store leadership to grow the business. Strong emphasis on managing daily operations, staying informed on launches and beauty trends, and maintaining hygiene and stock replenishment. 3–5 years retail/beauty/leadership experience preferred; full-time schedule with variability in hours.
