Job Summary
Lead a dynamic team of Beauty Advisors as Counter Manager for a cosmetics brand within Macy's, driving sales through personalized consultations, expert product application, client development, and strong brand stewardship. Manage vendor partnerships, events, and promotions; oversee stock, merchandising, and hygiene to deliver a polished, branded customer experience. Coach and develop team performance, nurture loyalty, and analyze business performance to grow the counter’s results. Maintain knowledge of new launches, top-sellers, trends, and best practices to educate the team and achieve sales goals.
Required Qualifications
