Job Summary
Lead a team of Beauty Advisors by managing all aspects of a specific cosmetics brand, including daily sales goal reviews, vendor event execution, and stock presentation. Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations, expert product application, and client development via outreach and follow-up. Analyze business performance across daily, weekly, and seasonal metrics to implement growth strategies, while maintaining brand standards through merchandising, hygiene, and stock replenishment. Collaborate with vendors and store leadership to optimize outcomes and resolve customer concerns professionally. This full-time role requires 30+ hours per week and involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequent use of technology. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
