Retail Cosmetics Sales Counter Manager - Lancome, Boston - Downtown - Full Time

Lead a dynamic team of Beauty Advisors at Macy’s Lancome counter, delivering leadership, creativity, and customer engagement to drive sales and elevate the counter brand experience. Manage all aspects of the cosmetics brand, mentor and coach staff, develop a loyal client base through outreach and personalized service, analyze business performance, plan and execute in-store and vendor-led events, maintain stock presentation and brand standards, collaborate with vendors and store leadership, and oversee training, merchandising, and customer interactions to ensure exceptional service and results. 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Full-time schedule typically involves 30+ hours per week.
