Job Summary
Lead a cosmetics counter team for Carolina Herrera at Macy’s Woodfield. Drive sales and elevate the customer experience through personalized consultations, expert product knowledge, and strong leadership of Beauty Advisors. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, analyzing business performance, planning vendor-led events and promotions, maintaining stock presentation and brand standards, coaching the team, and growing client development and loyalty through outreach and follow-up. Stay informed on new launches and beauty trends, collaborate with vendors and store leadership, and ensure a polished, customer-first counter experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular attendance
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Essential physical requirements: standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, ability to move and reach, visual acuity
