Job Summary
Lead a team of Beauty Advisors by greeting customers with genuine hospitality, conducting personalized consultations, and ensuring testers are clean and well-stocked. Analyze daily sales performance, execute vendor events, and maintain brand standards through proper merchandising and hygiene. Coach staff on sharing loyalty benefits, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with vendors to drive client development and exceed sales goals. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours weekly; part-time roles are 12-24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- lifting at least 25lbs.

- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
