Job Summary
Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague at Macy’s in Lake Grove, NY, responsible for delivering personalized beauty experiences through makeup application demonstrations, skincare recommendations, and tailored consultations. Build and manage a loyal client base via follow-up and clienteling, educate customers on product benefits, stay current on beauty trends, and help customers find items that match their needs. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, update signage and pricing, and support merchandising moves while achieving daily sales goals. Requires strong customer service or selling experience, excellent communication, ability to engage customers, use POS and loyalty tools, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
