Job Summary
Conduct personalized beauty consultations, apply makeup, and recommend skincare products to build lasting client relationships. Maintain the sales floor by refreshing signage, managing merchandise moves, and ensuring a shoppable environment. Drive daily sales goals through product demonstrations, virtual outreach, and acquiring new customers via credit accounts. Use point-of-sale technology to streamline transactions and leverage clienteling tools for promotions. Part-time colleagues work 12-24 hours per week including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
- Must be able to talk
