Cosmetics-focused customer-facing role requiring warmth, product knowledge, and the ability to educate customers on makeup and skincare. Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving sales, conducting product demonstrations, providing tailored consultations, building and managing a loyal client base through follow-up and loyalty programs, maintaining an organized sales floor, leveraging clienteling tools and POS technology, and meeting daily sales goals. Must be able to read employment policies in English and communicate effectively with customers and teammates. Flexible weekend/evening availability and physical readiness to stand long hours and assist with merchandising and checkout tasks are required.
