Job Summary
Conduct personalized beauty consultations, offer expert product demonstrations, and apply makeup or skincare to build lasting client relationships. Maintain a shoppable sales floor by refreshing signage, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the counter is clean and prepared. Drive daily sales by leveraging clienteling tools, sharing loyalty program benefits, and acquiring new customers through credit account openings. Use point-of-sale technology to streamline transactions while delivering exceptional hospitality from greeting to sincere farewell. Work full-time hours of 30 or more weeks with weekend shifts, requiring flexibility for days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Meeting and surpassing daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
