Job Summary
Cosmetic Sales Colleague at Macy's (Clinique) at North Star Mall delivers personalized beauty experiences by educating customers, performing makeup applications and skincare consultations, demonstrating products, and building lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty. You will maintain a welcoming, organized, shoppable space, review promotions and new arrivals, and leverage clienteling tools to grow a loyal customer base while meeting daily sales goals.
