Job Summary
Cosmetics Sales Associate (Beauty Advisor) for Clinique at Macy's Cerritos Center. Responsible for educating customers on beauty products, conducting product demonstrations, and providing personalized consultations. Builds and maintains client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs, drives sales toward goals, and operates POS systems to complete transactions. Daily duties include welcoming customers, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, staying informed on current trends, and leveraging clienteling tools for offers and product launches. Requires in-store, face-to-face customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or selling experience. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is required. This role is full-time with typical schedules of 30+ hours per week and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
