Job Summary
Conduct personalized beauty consultations, offer expert product demonstrations, and apply makeup or skincare to educate customers on product benefits. Build lasting client relationships by proactively following up, leveraging loyalty programs, and driving sales through consistent engagement. Maintain a shoppable sales floor by refreshing signage, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the counter is clean and prepared for guests. Process transactions using point-of-sale technology, manage daily sales goals, and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts. Work full-time hours of 30 or more per week, including weekends, while utilizing clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches.
Required Qualifications

- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
