Job Summary
Conduct personalized beauty consultations, offer expert product demonstrations, and apply makeup or skincare to build lasting client relationships. Maintain a shoppable sales floor by organizing merchandise, refreshing signage, and ensuring counters are clean and prepared for customers. Drive daily sales goals by leveraging clienteling tools, promoting offers, and acquiring new customers through credit account openings. Use point-of-sale technology to process transactions while delivering exceptional service that encourages customer returns. Work full-time hours with weekend shifts required, supporting both in-store and virtual outreach to exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications

- Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education
- Meeting and surpassing daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
