Job Summary
Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor) at Macy's in Manhasset: educate customers on beauty products, conduct product demonstrations, provide tailored consultations, build and manage a loyal client base through follow-up and loyalty programs, and drive sales. Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor; stay informed on new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions; communicate benefits of loyalty programs; use POS to process transactions and educate customers on product benefits, including makeup application and skincare recommendations. Meet daily sales goals, and participate in clienteling and vendor-education activities; weekend shifts required; full-time schedule typically 30+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
