Job Summary
Conduct personalized beauty consultations, offer expert product demonstrations, and apply makeup or skincare to educate customers on brand innovations. Build lasting client relationships by proactively managing a loyal client base through consistent follow-up, virtual outreach, and tailored service to exceed sales goals. Maintain a shoppable sales floor by refreshing signage, organizing merchandise, and ensuring counters remain clean and prepared for customers throughout the day. Use point-of-sale technology to streamline transactions while meeting daily sales targets and acquiring new customers via credit account openings.
Required Qualifications

- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
