Job Summary
Conduct personalized beauty consultations, offer expert product demonstrations, and apply makeup or skincare to build lasting client relationships. Maintain a shoppable sales floor by organizing merchandise, refreshing signage, and ensuring the counter is clean and prepared for customers. Drive daily sales by leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers, process register transactions using point-of-sale technology, and acquire new customers through credit account openings. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week, including weekend shifts, with hours dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications

- Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education
- Meeting and surpassing daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
