Job Summary
Conduct personalized beauty consultations, offer expert product demonstrations, and apply makeup to build lasting client relationships. Maintain a shoppable sales floor by refreshing signage, organizing merchandise, and ensuring counters are clean and prepared for customers. Drive daily sales by uncovering customer needs, sharing loyalty program benefits, and using point-of-sale technology to process transactions. Support team collaboration and complete ongoing training on new arrivals and promotions. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours per week with weekend shifts; part-time roles require 12-24 hours.
Required Qualifications

- Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education
- Meeting and surpassing daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
