Job Summary
Cosmetics Sales Associate responsibilities include greeting customers, using product knowledge to guide selections based on wants and features, building relationships with customers, demonstrating makeup application, maintaining display and inventory, leveraging the clientele program to drive sales and enroll customers in rewards, participating in pre-selling events, and staying current with training and beauty trends. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; previous cosmetic or fragrance sales experience is a plus.
