Job Summary
Beauty Brand Expert Leader at Macy’s drives sales and elevates the customer experience by delivering expert product knowledge, personalized consultations, and brand education. Responsibilities include coaching Beauty Advisors, clienteling and relationship-building, executing brand strategies, events and training with store leadership and vendor partners, maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, and staying informed on new launches and trends to support team education and store results.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Ability to acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Ability to analyze business performance (daily/weekly/monthly) and implement growth strategies
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with vendors, store leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Proactive in maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising
- Comfort with using computers and POS systems
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
