Retail Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing on the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and stocked. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to meet store plans. Rotate back stock for easy replenishment, verify merchandise is properly tagged and secured, and uphold safety and recycling compliance. Communicate priorities with management and on-duty Coordinators, address shrink reduction goals, and provide constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a starting pay of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.
