Job Summary
Grow your career as a Retail Coordinator by promoting an excellent customer experience and leading front-of-store operations. Oversees a team of associates, trains and coaches on front-end principles, and mentors staff on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs. Assigns registers, ensures POS coverage, coordinates breaks, addresses customer concerns promptly, and ensures tasks align with the store plan. Communicates with management on priorities, provides progress updates, supports training needs to increase effectiveness, and upholds labor laws, safety, and policy adherence. Promotes safety and a positive work environment while contributing to shrink reduction goals and program participation. Strong merchandising knowledge, customer service focus, and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
