Retail Coordinator - Seasonal

Coordinate all Special Events and Leisure Experience activities by checking operational status, lighting, AV, and cleanliness while correcting aesthetic deficiencies. Follow training guidelines to support the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers, then monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees. Learn and operate software systems for ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage, and resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating service needs and thanking them with genuine appreciation. Comply with quality assurance expectations, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
