Job Summary
Support the contract administration and on- and offboarding of franchise partners by ensuring smooth processes and maintaining strong relationships through excellent customer service. Regularly update and maintain contracts in Salesforce while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Legal, to guarantee accurate, compliant, and timely implementation. Contribute actively to exciting projects to drive team success. This role requires a commercial degree, administrative experience, and fluent German and English skills, with a competitive salary and relocation support available for Malta-based employment.
