Job Summary
Retail Consultant role in Echuca (Richmond showroom) supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners through the renovation journey. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting bathroom products, creating and managing quotes and orders via email and phone, using a 3D Planner to visualize projects, visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain relationships, and ensuring showroom operations run smoothly and safely. Candidates should have prior retail sales or customer service experience, be energetic with initiative, comfortable with computers, and open to weekend shifts.
