Job Summary
Procurement lead for retail store fit-out and construction services: lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, tender management, and contract negotiations; develop cost-saving strategies; manage supplier networks of contractors and vendors; collaborate with Design, Architecture, and Project Management to align on project requirements; ensure strict budget control and delivery of quality, cost, and timeline targets across store development and rollout projects.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management within retail fit-out, store development, or construction environments
- Proven expertise in end-to-end procurement processes (RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, contract negotiations)
- Strong understanding of retail construction and store fit-out project lifecycles
- Demonstrated success in driving cost savings, budget control, and value optimization
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships in international environments
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
