Retail Construction Coordinator

Coordinate the critical path for Windsor Fashions Retail expansion, managing remodels, relocations, and new store development from start to completion. Conduct physical repairs and maintenance on national projects, including removing graphics, patching walls, and painting. Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards, while tracking daily processes and resolving issues immediately. Demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate vendors and maintain relationships across all levels. Remain on site throughout the project duration, verify construction quality, and ensure timely store openings. Must be able to travel independently 90% of the time, drive daily to assigned stores, and work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
