Job Summary
Greet customers, answer product questions, and provide recommendations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety. Maintain the store's cleanliness and visual appearance by stocking, organizing products, and keeping the area tidy. Accurately handle customer transactions and communicate effectively with team members and management to report inventory or service issues. Continuously develop knowledge of products, promotions, and operational changes to identify improvement opportunities. Requires at least 16 years of age, one year of retail or food service experience, and ability to stand 100% of the time. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required with flexibility for peak season hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to work extending hours or shifts for peak seasons
- Ability to visualize the computer screen and perform data entry
- Ability to work in close quarters with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be self-motivated, problem-solver, and take initiative
- Ability to be productive, punctual, reliable, and adaptable
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in retail and/or food service environment
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of high school
- Food handlers course completion
- Passion for food and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
