Job Summary
Partner with Regional Managers and Store teams to ensure strong operational standards, effective stock management, and a safe, compliant environment. Monitor and drive compliance across operational, safety, marketing, and VM standards while investigating incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Oversee stock management processes including cycle counts and stocktakes, analyse trends to improve performance, and lead coaching efforts to deliver operational outcomes. Deliver reporting and insights to enhance visibility, accountability, and business performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations, compliance, or stock control roles
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stocktakes, and retail KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
