Job Summary
Greet customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and close sales while maintaining an organized, shoppable floor. Educate clients on fine craftsmanship, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure accurate presentation of merchandise. Process transactions using point-of-sale tools, promote loyalty programs, and support special events to meet daily sales and client retention goals. Work weekends and holidays as part of a team focused on operational excellence and customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- lifting at least 25lbs.
