Job Summary
Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague delivering outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, leveraging product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands to educate and assist customers in selecting pieces that fit their tastes and budgets. Focus on consultative selling, building lasting client relationships, and utilizing the clientele program. Responsibilities include promoting loyalty and warranty programs, supporting inventory and fulfillment, assisting with events, and maintaining secure, impeccably presented merchandise. Strong emphasis on clienteling, POS use, vendor training, and collaborative teamwork to achieve sales goals and provide a superior shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience required
- Full-time schedule with weekend shifts
- Ability to understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to drive sales and client loyalty
- Able to handle physical requirements (standing, lifting, etc.)
