Job Summary
Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague providing outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, applying product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands to educate customers and help select items that fit their tastes and budgets. Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and hospitality, promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory, fulfillment, and special events, and ensure secure, accurate, and well-presented merchandise while collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to understand and communicate policies in English
- Ability to drive sales and meet goals
- Prior experience with clienteling or loyalty programs is a plus
