Job Summary
Greet customers, build relationships, and drive sales by offering personalized product recommendations, assisting with fittings, and using point-of-sale tools to process transactions. Maintain a shoppable space by ensuring proper stock presentation, replenishment, and asset protection compliance while updating signs and pricing. Support special events, promote loyalty and warranty programs, and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing clienteling benefits. Work full-time hours (30+ weekly) with weekend shifts, requiring flexibility for days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- 1-2 years of related experience required
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Lifting at least 25lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements
