Job Summary
Greet customers with personalized service, educate them on fine jewelry and watches, and drive sales by meeting daily and client loyalty goals. Maintain a shoppable environment by organizing stock, updating pricing, and ensuring accurate presentation while processing transactions and supporting inventory fulfillment. Promote loyalty programs, assist with fittings, and uphold security standards throughout the shift. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours per week including weekends and holidays; part-time roles require 12-24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- 1-2 years of related experience required
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Lifting at least 25lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements
